ASAP SOLUTION® KILLS ANTHRAX SPORE

Alpine, Utah: January 28^th , 2002.  American Biotech Labs is pleased to announce that its ASAP Solution® has just been proven to kill the anthrax spore.  In independent tests, at one of the nations largest commercial laboratories, the ASAP Solution® was proven to kill more than 99% of the Anthrax spores in six hours at body temperature.  A 93% kill was accomplished in only four hours at both room and body temperatures.

ASAP Solution® Gets First EPA Approval

February 20, 2002. American Biotech Labs is pleased to announce that the ASAP Solution® has just been granted its first US EPA approval as a hard surface disinfectant. Approved under the name ASAP-AGX, the ASAP Solution® is a non-toxic natural disinfectant.

USES

The ASAP-AGX product has been EPA approved to be used in commercial, residential and also industrial settings. The approval states that the product may be used on walls, tables, chairs, light fixtures, floors, bathrooms and urinals. The surfaces include those made of glass, porcelain, ceramic, enameled, painted, plastic, rubber, metal and also wood. The registration number is 73499-1. The advantage of the ASAP Solution® is that although the product is highly effective at killing bacteria, it is also non-toxic to humans and in fact, can be purchased as a mineral supplement and taken internally.

Other Approvals

American Biotech Labs is looking for two more EPA approvals on the ASAP Solution® in the near future. The next approval should be as a waterline disinfectant by the end of March 2002, and the third is as a sporicidal surface disinfectant against the Anthrax Spore.

Foreign Antibiotic Alternative Approval

After completing their own testing, the Food and Drug Board of Ghana, West Africa, has just approved the ASAP Solution® to be brought into the country and used in hospitals and clinics etc. Approvals are under consideration in four other West African countries as well.

American Biotech Labs is the only producer of a antibacterial product of this type that has been approved for patent by the United States Patent Agency since about 1924. American Biotech Labs’ first patent was issued on 4/10/01, and it has other patents pending. The patents have been filed for protection in 95 countries, and the patent has also been filed in Japan.
